The proceedings of the conference will be published in the AIP Conference Proceedings series. The tentative publication date is March 2013. The LaTeX macro - packages and MS-Word templates necessary for the preparation of the manuscripts can be downloaded from http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/6x9.jsp The authors should choose the 6x9 single column format with A4 page size. PACS numbers and keywords should be completed by the authors. The most recent listing for PACS can be downloaded from http://www.aip.org/pacs

Invited contributions should not exceed 7 pages, oral contributions should not exceed 5 pages, and poster presentations are limited to 3 pages. To facilitate the preparation of the proceedings volume, authors are requested to name their files after the surname of the presenting author followed by his/her initial and the number of the contribution in case of multiple contributions. For example. the first contribution presented by A.B. Silva should be named ABSilvaA1.ext (where ext=tex, doc, ps, pdf), and the figures ABSilvaA1_fig1.eps, etc. The second contribution should be named ABSilvaA2.ext etc. Authors with only one contribution can omit the number of contribution.
