GUIDELINES FOR ACCEPTED PAPERS
POSTER
Authors* with approved works in the form of a “poster” must access their registration area and send the video link (which corresponds to the presentation of the work). The video will be available to participants during the event.
On November 11th, as stated in the schedule, the video will be broadcast in specific virtual rooms, called Communications.
Communications are the locations we found to promote greater interaction between the participants of the XLIV RTFNB. In each session, the works are grouped in simultaneous virtual
rooms, organized along the thematic lines of the event.
The video presentation of each work will last up to 5 minutes. The author, who must be virtually present, and other participants, will have time to talk after the presentation ends.
ORAL COMMUNICATION
The works chosen for oral communication must be prepared in English, with 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for interacting with the public.
