- February 02nd: February 16th: Deadline for abstract submission
- February 23rd: March 01st: Announcement of accepted submissions
- March 25th: Announcement on type of presentation
- *April 3rd:  April  8th: Deadline for cancellation and payment

* 50% of the registration fee will be refunded by April 8rd.
Registration fees will not be refunded after April 8rd.
