ACCOMODATION
The accommodation reservation is responsibility of the participant. We request that participants stay at the hotel of the conference (Rafain Palace) so that we can obtain the necessary discount at the convention center. See below for more information for each category.
Reservations at the hosting hotel will follow the following schedule:
From March 8 to 20: invited, members of the committees.
From March 21 to April 2: other doctors;
From April 3 onwards: all participants.

Confirmation of the reservation is sent in 24hs. Payment of one day is required for reservation.

MEALS: 4 LUNCHES AND 5 DINNERS R $ 405,00 "THE MEALS (LUNCH AND DINNER) WILL BE HELD AT THE RAFAIN HOTEL. Participants who do not stay at the Rafain Palace hotel and wish to eat their meals (lunch and / or dinner) at Rafain Palace must purchase food tickets through the reservation center, which cost R $ 45,00 per meal (which includes a mineral water or a glass of soda per person / meal)
TRANSPORTATION
Due to the limited financial resources, it will not be possible to finance the air tickets of the participants.
