NFORMATION LETTER ON BOOKING PROCEDURE ( MEMBERSHIP ) :
EVENT : NATIONAL MEETING OF CONDENSED MATTER PHYSICS , 12 - 05.16.2014

- Daily rate for apartment SGL / DBL is R $ 480.00 and apartment TPL (triple ) - R $ 624.00 in hotel Sauipe Park .
- Daily rate for apartment SGL / DBL is R $ 420.00 and apartment TPL (triple ) - R $ 546.00 at B & Bs .

- Exclusive rate for event participants and requests made directly with the groups department . If reservation is made through other central / agencies are not responsible for fees and conditions.

- Daily rate includes Breakfast , lunch and dinner.

- Inclusion of 02 children under 12 years old is free in the same room of parents, accommodated in extra bed upon availability at the hotel *** .
*** accommodation in Triple room may only be 01 children and inclusion of these apartments will be formed by 01 double bed( extra beds are subject to availability ) .

- PAYMENT :
Payment of these accommodations should be made through credit card. To confirm your reservation, please send the Authorization Form Debit Credit Card duly filled in and signed , along with a copy of the requested documents to the contacts below:

- Reservations should be requested until 15/04/2014 , confirmed and paid until 17/04/2014 .
- After this date , pricing conditions and apartment availability are subject to change.
- In case of no show or early departure the full amount for the period of the reservation will be charged .
- Goodies borne by the participants and must be paid at check out.
- We accept only one payment per booking .
- Check in: 3PM and check out until noon .
- The board starts with the lunch arrival and ends with breakfast departure.
- Rooms subject to availability of the hotel.
- The service of the Group Reservations Department is open from 08h to 18h from Monday to Friday and we run up to 72 hours to answer your request.
