Welcome to the Tutorial Session!
This Sunday, pay special attention to the access to the campus:
- If you are coming by car, please present the congress ID image at the control gate: the security is instructed to allow the access for the conference.
- Gate/Portão 1 will be closed for getting into de university: there is a Marathon in the city and this access will be operating only for exit until 1:00 PM/13:00.
- Until 2:00 PM, access will be provided by Gate/Portão 3 (https://puspc.usp.br/2022/04/05/10-abr-2022-passagem-da-maratona-de-sao-paulo-no-campus-capital/).
- Regarding the affected routes, check: https://www.yescom.com.br/maratonasp/2022/index.asp#percurso
After 1:00 PM, the access will be done by Gate 1.
- If you are coming by the Conference Bus service, the timetable will be kept:
- From Go Inn Hotel: departures at 12:30, 3:00 PM (15:00) , 5:00 PM (17:00)
- Starting at Hilton Garden Rebouças: departures at 12:15, 2:45 PM (14:45), 4:45 PM (16:45).
Attention: bus will follow from Hilton, to Golden Tower, to Ibis Styles. There will be no stop at Quality Hotel (boarding at Ibis Styles, 50 m way). It cannot wait for late comers, and will stop just for the boarding time. It is not allowed to park!

Welcome to the Autumn Meeting!
Attention to the access to the University:
- For those taking the bus, it will leave at 07:40 AM sharp on Monday. The bus cannot park in front of the hotels, except for needed time of boarding. They cannot wait for late comers!
- The buses will be identified by the following board. Support team will meet you on the hotel to indicate the boarding point.
- On the other days, departure will occur at 08:00 AM.

Atenção ao acesso à universidade:
- Quem pegar o ônibus fretado, atentem para o horário: o ônibus parte 7:40 em ponto na segunda. Ele não pode esperar retardatários: a parada é limitada apenas para o embarque, não podendo permanecer estacionado no local.
- Os ônibus são identificados pela seguinte placa. A equipe de apoio lhes encontrará no hotel para guiar o embarque.
- Nos demais dias, a partida vai ocorrer às 08:00 AM.

Wifi on Campus!
Wifi will be granted by three distinct options:
- Access through Eduroam is granted over all the campus.
- Besides Eduroam, you can access the wifi at the CDI Auditorium using the local network. On the access, a voucher will be demanded. Please use any of the following:

Acesso à rede pode ser feito por três formas:
- A USP integra a Eduroam. Acesso a partir de qualquer ponto do campus.
- No Auditório CDI, use a rede local. Ela irá pedir um voucher. Use qualquer um dos seguintes:

- No Instituto de Física, basta acessar a rede EOSBF22, com a senha 4m&liaIH.
Obs: A letra entre o “a” e o “H” é a letra "i" maiúsculo.

Transport in the campus
As you can see in the map, CDI Auditorium and the Physics Institute are separated by a 12 minutes walk. The organization is providing transportation by bus, with a first departure at 9:55, and a second at 10:20.
Please be conscious and allow the senior members to take the first buses!
Return to the evening sessions at CDI will follow the same procedure, with sequential departures from the Physics Institute.
At the end of the day, pay attention! Pick the right bus upon the return to your hotel!
