To ensure a continuous (smooth) and organized session, we kindly request that all oral presentations, including invited talks, be prepared preferably in PDF format and submitted in advance to the email This email address is being protected from spambots. In the case that email submission is not feasible, we ask you to arrive at the designated presentation room at least 30 minutes prior to the session's starting time. Upon arrival, please contact the multimedia operator in the room and provide them with a USB drive containing your presentation file. This will ensure a seamless transfer and preparation of your presentation for a smooth and timely session.

 

We kindly ask all presenters to adhere to the allocated time for their presentations, as follows:

 

- 15-minute presentations: Please plan for a 12-minute talk followed by a 3-minute question and answer session.

- 30-minute presentations: Please plan for a 25-minute talk followed by a 5-minute question and answer session.
